Open Question: since i am on SSI can i get another health insurance so i can get a Tubal Reversal or IVF done?

Ok I am 18 years old. I don't take any type f pill or anything all natural. but I have been bleeding for 18 days straight. When it first started it was dark brown and clumpy, then turned to red....now it is still red. it is light, and heavy. With clots in it. There barely are any cramps, except sometimes pain in my back right underneath my rib. Or like weird feeling when i stretch in my stomach, that kkind of hruts I don't have health insurance so I can't go to the doctor, anyone have any clues.

Open Question: Pregnant... trying to understand new insurance?

I recently was offered a state job as a DCS worker only one day after finding out I'm pregnant. I'm am trying to figure out how much I can plan to spend out of pocket for health expenses for the first year. I will have only myself and the new baby on my insurance. The max out of pocket is 2,000 (single) and 4,000(family). Does this mean this is all I am expected to pay including all prenatal visits and delivery? The rates are 1,459.38(single) annual and 4,013.62 (family). What would this put my total expenses at? Does this mean that on the family plan the most I would have to plan on spending would be 4,013.62 + 4,000? Would it be less with only me an one dependent? Also I will only have to pay single rates until baby is 31 days old. Thanks, I welcome any advice!

Open Question: Can my employer just drop my health coverage during open enrollment? They say they I didn't turn in papers

I had just gotten benefits 3 months prior to the "open enrollment period". So, I didn't fill out any paperwork during open enrollment. Since I didn't sign any paperwork - my coverage was completely dropped. They refuse to let me sign back up until the next open enrollment in one year! In the past insurance was always carried the same as what you already had, UNLESS you filled out a paper to change it. Now, they just go and cancel me? Do I have any recourse?
