Open Question: Severe Lower Back Pain?

Ok. Im very scared about this. Im freaking.

For the past couple days I was experiencing a bright yellowish color on the tissue when I went to the bathroom. I thought nothing of it since I just started taking The Alli weight loss. I thought it was fat in my poop that was that color. (sorry to be so blunt about it)

Well Not its been about 1 week. Just now I went pee and noticed it was more yellow than before. I didnt go poop this time. I stuck a tissue up my u know what and discovered its discharge coming from my cooter.
I dont think i have a yeast infection because I have No burning, no pain, nothing.
What do you think it could be?
P.s Im freaking because I have no money and no health insurance.

Open Question: Severe Lower Back Pain?

I twisted while kneeling down to pick something up earlier and now almost immobile. I can't walk far without my knees giving out, nor can I even pick up my 4 month old son without going down.

I don't have health insurance and don't want to go to the E.R. if there isn't something they can do that will greatly help, and I also don't want them to run expensive tests that I can't pay for. Is this worthy of a visit to the E.R. or should i just stay in bed for the next couple of days?
