Open Question: Assurant Health Insurance - How's their Dental Insurance and Dental-Vision Discount Plan?

Would he and/or his partner, who has also seen me when my Dr. was unavailable, leave in any notes between the two of them? And how about communications between the front office, doctors, health insurance and/or prescription discount providers?

Open Question: knee pain?

i have been having a significant amount of pain in my right knee the last couple months. some days its much worse then others. it seems to be at its worse when i first wake up. if i have it bent for more then about 10 second when i go to straighten it out i can hear and feel a pop, and it is pretty painfull. i cant keep it in a bent position for extended periods because the pain becomes unbearable. the knee is also sore to the touch, it is very tender by the outside upper part of the cap.... now i know this is a far cry from going to see a doctor. but for some one without health insurance and information would be helpfull. i am a 26 year old male. some activities that might have attributed to the prob include my job as a carpenter, snowboarding, and running

Open Question: Is my doctor required to provide me a COMPLETE copy of my file if I request it??
